Refund policy

Kindly note that we do not have a return policy. We have Supernote on display in two stores in Malaysia for customers to experience Supernote before making a purchase.

Supernote comes with a 2-year global warranty. All warranty claims made by customers located within Malaysia and Vietnam will be fulfilled by our team in Malaysia.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are only able to offer exchanges for items that have not been unboxed.
