Shipping within Malaysia

We offer the following delivery options for customers residing in Malaysia:

  • Standard Delivery - Free (J&T Express)
  • Express Same-Day Delivery - RM 15 (Grab Express)

For most orders, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1-4 days of placing your order, unless a different dispatch time is specified on our website to account for pre-order windows, holidays, special accessories, and other external factors.

The prices listed are final, and our Malaysian customers need not pay duties or taxes when checking out.

Shipping outside of Malaysia

We currently ship to the following countries via DHL Express:

  • Vietnam

For most orders, you can expect to receive your parcel from DHL within 4-10 days, unless a different dispatch time is specified on our website to account for pre-order windows, holidays, special accessories, and other external factors.

Duties and import taxes for delivery outside of Malaysia are calculated at checkout and need to be pre-paid by customers.

Orders will be shipped via DHL's DDP (delivered duty paid) option, which means customers need not pay any additional amount apart from whatever that is charged at checkout.
